Alienware m18x r1 graphics switch problem need help

Hi

My m18x has dual 580m and I can't switch to them, fn-f7 just boots the Intel graphics. I might also get "Error : MXM Structure not found or invalid"Anyone know what the problem is?

Have you tested the dedicated cards to check they performing properly ?
It sounds to me like 1 of your dedicated GPU's may have failed.

Retry after uninstall the MXM Master and install the slave mxm card on the master slot. (Left card on right slot)
