Hello svl7. Do you have stock vBIOS dump from Alienware M17x R4 2012?
I flashed your 660m_GHz-Edition_overvolted_VBIOS_[DELL] version from here, but it's not compatible with my 660M. The biggest problem is that I forgot to dump my vBIOS before these operations.
The command i used to flash is:
.\nvflash.exe --index=0 -override -6 .\vbios.ROMNow my videocard shows error 43 in Windows 10 and I can't use it. I am sorry for my stupidity and hope you can help.

From the author: Patched this together on request, M18x R1 BIOS A05 (unlocked) with the RST 11.5 OROM. The orom comes from the station-drivers site, not sure whether it will work fine with the M18x, though I don't really see why it shouldn't. Btw, something's weird with the original orom in the R1 BIOS, the checksum is wrong... confusing. Anyway, here's the BIOS, let me know how it performs. Also remember to use the latest RST driver for this ROM. Flash with your favorite BIOS utility or the tools provided by Dell. As always, use at your own risk.. Original thread: -

Hello, I saw your post where you left Vbios downloads with different settings etc. I'll cut straight to it, I would like to pay for a Vbios that works with my M17x R2 laptop. I have tried flashing every VBios including the ones you listed, and the closest it gets is working on an external display. It plays just fine but I cant get it on my laptop screen, external only.
I bought it from this ebay Post if any of the ID's or come in handly: I'll glady post anything else needed.
