    Now that Dell stopped honoring International warranty in Brazil (even though there is a Dell factory here) I am pretty sure this will be my last AW too. Next after that will be a custom desktop.

    Ordering internal alienware parts have been hit and miss for a while. I remember trying (and failing) to order the wireless hd adapter that was shipping with the m18x-r1 too..

    Left side is the main gpu, I never noticed its louder than the right one, unless it works and the right one doesn't (for example when running on battery)

    When I ordered mine from Dell the order kept being pushed back until it was finally cancelled. Hope that doesn't happen to you.

    I personally blame Microsoft for these shenanigans. If not for win8 certification we would be able to enjoy modded bioses without any hoops to jump through.

    Might be a faulty gpu0 fan. Call AW and complain, they will replace for you.

    might be a defective keyboard, how different is the shade ? is it bugging you enough to request another keyboard replacement ? if so, just give dell a call, they will dispatch a tech and replace it again.

    is the port u are trying to open fixed ? I mean can u change the program that requires it to listen on another and then try to open that one ?

    Aren't you running OFW? And in case of ddwrt did you try the fix provided in the article you posted to? If you want we could setup a team viewer session. Maybe I can help...

    What kind of video card yldo you have installed? Sounds like maybe you are running off the Intel video? Tried Fn+F7?

    What controls the fans is the EC, so drivers/vbios won't help you. Sounds like you need to call dell and service it. Probably a motherboard replacement will be issued. I highly doubt the video cards are at fault.

    ^^ you mean modem @sgogeta4 can you screenshot your port forwarding screen so we can analyze it together? This shouldn't be happening, i too have that router and i never had any issues forwarding ports. If anything i'd suspect your laptop..

    wasn't aware this even existed. Just installed it, but when i press on drivers button it just takes me to the support.dell.com page not sure which option to chose to try and reproduce your issue.
