Simple question here. Do I need to flash NVIDIA GeForce GT750M Second VGA BIOS Update for Windows 8.1 (64-bit) - IdeaPad Y400, Y500 after flashing this modded bios ? Planning to go SLi after flashed the modded bios.

I did have similar problem when updating bios from 2.02 to 2.04 before but solved it by just enabling legacy boot. Yes, there is legacy boot option in lenovo. mine is y400. p/s: 'm new here.

Yes, I'll need a need more powerful power supply, a modded y500 GPU[gt 750m] ultrabay since y400 GPU ultrabay doesn't exist and some bios update. the total cost would be 'round 1/3 of a new laptop with gtx 860m. but still, the words "new is always better." in Barney Stinson voice keep on ringing in my head.

I don't believe that Acer will release a model with GTX970M anytime soon. GTX970m is rather expensive. Well, for now. p/s: 'm new here.
