Although they prefer to get a customized software that will be exclusively our, they said that it may be costly. But if we are to get a "regular" one, this may still be workable but there could be some features that we do not exactly need or lacking. Anyhow, we leave it all to our IT department.

I was recently promoted and now handling my own team, through the transition I noticed that I need to iron things out when it comes to their work system. We're having a bit of an issue tracking the most recent files and documents that have already been worked, because each employee has a certain way of doing things. as a result, we spend time backtracking instead of doing something productive.
