Clevo W870CU MXM upgrade

Hello everybody,

 

I have a Clevo W870CU laptop with a Core i7-720QM processor and an AMD/ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870. Since the graphics card is pretty old I thought about upgrading it. Does anybody know which MXM modules are compatible with this laptop?

I'm currently trying to get a 7970M to work in my W870CU. It does seem possible from reading around but I am not quite there yet.
