don't get the dell ssd, its over priced and under performs. after market is the way to go for ssd and ram.

but with the 120hz screen your stuck with either the 460m or 580. the 60hz screen you can use any card in the line up and is prolly easier to upgrade the gpu later on.

3d looks pretty good in games, but for me atleast it gave me headaches after 30 mins or so. after trying it out for a week i decided it wasn't for me and sold the 3d stuff. prolly gave 3d another try if they can find a way to not use glasses.

looks like uk peeps can order the 3d bundle with a 580m now. i wonder why uk is getting all the upgrade first this time around.

i have used the 260, 460,470 from nvidia 5850,5870,6970 from ati honestly i really can't tell the difference in image quality at all.

the gpu die is pretty frigile, so i think reusing those clips are the way to go. honestly i rather is the one you posted on nbr. a dice pot for mobile systems would be awesome. really tempted to make one of those now. once i get the extra heatsink i will prolly see if i can get one made.
