I checked and the smallest improvement in memory it reflects a lot in the FPS at the game.I have no experience in soldering and all the technical things you mention in the post.Will it be very complicated for a total nob in this? The mod is likely identical, but you should verify the vrm and resistors first to make sure.Also due to the smaller core, the 770m will not benefit as much as the 680m.
