  2. Hello, I think the gpu's are faulty too... So please have a look into the event display in windows and look for nvklm..... mistakes.. I would try to do a clean install with the nvidia driver. Have a look for a tutorial in google. Best regards!

  9. Wow thats very strange... I would pm svl7 and ask him to test the card. Probably he will help you! I had a Problem with my GTX 680M a few months ago and he asked me if he may check the card for me because i didn't have another pc to test the card. I read that this bluescreen could be graphics related too! Best regards!

  11. You dont need a integrated graphic card! The GTX 780M will show a picture with and without the nvidia driver. The card is running during safe mode thats right but the nvidia driver won't be loaded from windows. Best regards!
  12. You have to test this by yourselve. I wouldn't you beyond 1,05 V. For Gaming. Thats a good 24/7 voltage. I think you can get clocks between 900-950MHZ with this voltage. But keep a look to the temperatures! Best regards!

  15. Nono you don't understand.. I have the Alienware 18 R3 or the new R1 i don't know whats the exact name... it's the 2014 edition of the Alienware 18 with a 4700mq and a GTX 780M installed.. Best regards!
  16. It's normal that you haven't any problems in Windows safe mode because the nvidia drivers will not be loaded during safe mode. Did you have any problems running windows in normal mode without any nvidia driver installed? Best regards!

  18. Okay so probably a vbios flash to the original vbios helps... did you use an older driver? Do you have the possibility to test the card in an other notebook? Best regards
  19. Hello did you overclock the GTX 780M? If yes did you change the core voltage? I would do an clean install of an older driver and look if that solve the issue.   20. Hey thank you for you answer! On a other forum i read that the Heatsink of the Alienware 18X R2 is not equal to the Heatsink of the 18 R1... i already have an Alienware 18X R2 and probably i try to use the old Heatsink..
  21. Hey, as you can read i would like to upgrade my Alienware 18 R1 (newest version) to SLI with another GTX 780M. And here is my question, where can i buy the right gpu heatsink of the newest Alienware 18 notebook? I can´t find anything in Google..... all heatsinks i found are for the 18x ...
