Actually you can use PayPal to pay for it, that’s what I did, so this is how I did it, I have 2 PayPal accounts one with my US bank and one with international card, so I sent an invoice to my international one from the US one, I paid the invoice with the card so the money is now PayPal Balance, then make your Dell Purchase using ONLY PayPal Balance, I shipped under my name to my boss address in California and I arranged DHL to pick it up and bring it to me.. I’m currently stuck in Mexico and the Alienware here just plan suck, I paid about 120USD for taxes and 199 for shipping. But here a lower end m14x was around 3000USD, my 17x R4 was about 1800-1900 but again its 17x R4 newest everything, 12Gb on Ram , it’s just awesome, send me a message if you need help with getting your order, trust me before I figure out the PayPal way my order got cancelled about 5 times. So I know how frustrating dealing with Dell is… especially since their English is barely understandable sometimes I mean I’m Canadian so English is part of me but the accent sometimes really gets me.

Sager is full of shit in this review video, the benchmarks they show in the vid (e.g. at 25:23) aren't comparable at all. The Sager Vantage run did all the CPU calculation on the GPU (PhysX), that's why it has an insane score of 50k+. You have a 3840QM, and apparently you run the CPU test really on the CPU, so 25k is totally fine. If they had run the CPU test on the CPU as well, their 3610QM would have gotten them about 21k, CPU (Just in the Alienware M18x score they use as comparison). Seriously, that's just false advertising and pathetic, those two scores can't be compared. What astonishes me even more is that they tell you that it might be software running in the background... if you want such a crazy CPU score as well you simply need to enable PPU (you'll need an advanced version of vantage to change that setting if I'm not mistaken), but then your score is technically invalid since the CPU test is meant to be run on the CPU, not on the GPU. (Something Sager apparently doesn't know.)

No, no damage at all. It is better than nothing, it's just that the cooling on the m18x is very good so you can get great results just by lifting the back with those laptop lifts that Brian suggested
