MSI GX60

Windows 8.1 x64

AMD R9 M290X

AMD A10-5750M

16GB RAM

1TB HDD + 128GB SSD @7200rpm

Everything is highly satisfactory except for the APU. I just need to lock it at it's top clock speed @ 3.5 for smoother gaming experience. AMD Overdrive does nothing to help

Wow... dual 880M :o Sick CPU as well! For me Intel has proven itself to me. I'm going to build a desktop sometime in the future that's AMD-based. I know AMD is just as good as Intel IMO

Gaming laptop

MSI GT780R-012US

CPU: Intel I7-2630qm 2.0Ghz - 2.9Ghz - upgrading to 2960xm and clocking it past 4Ghz

GPU: GTX 770m clevo

Ram: 16GB DDR3

Storage: Samsung SSD 840 Pro series X 2

3 years later, still gaming at ultra high settings.

Found out I can overclock the monitor to 110 refresh rate, going to engage NVidia 3dvision in the future.

Bought my laptop 4 years ago. Just now starting to look at upgrades

Alienware M15x

CPU: Intel Core I7 740qm 1.7Ghz - 2.8 Ghz (maybe someday upgrade to 920XM)

GPU: Ati Mobility 5850 (updating to 765m)

Ram: 6gb (maybe someday upgrade to 8 or 12)

I'm hoping to get another 4-5 solid years before having to buy all new laptop.
