You can run the Command Prompt as Administrator, then navigate to folder with fptw64, then type: backup.bat , then Enter.

It is not error, it is say to you that you should run the backup.bat as Administrator. For run as Administrator, just right click mouse on the backup.bat, then in opened menu choice "Run as Administrator".

If you use the download link from the first page of this thread, then you can see this: For prepare backup of your bios, just download and extract archive "Fptw64_(8_series).zip", then run the command file backup.bat
