I installed Win 8 on my m14x and regret it, working on installing Win-7 as i am typing this. -
i upgraded my Win-7 to 8 and very unhappy with the result, Diablo 3 was very unstable( as in frameskipping) and i have to do a downgrade to Win-7

Yes sir that is true, IC Diamond workes really good however... if you keep repasting it, it will leave scratches all over the CPU

That is not true, with the R1 you can run the ram UP to 16gbs same as R2. However the R1 is NOT SSD friendly as the R2 is
