Does the unlocked bios offer any help for those with problems with a 7970m throttling down when overclocking? Apparently it's something related to a a limit of how much current it can draw, because it fails very fast, before it gets hot at all, and it just throttles down (no BSODs so far, so I think it's not the motherboard failing to deliver enough current).

Do any of you guys with an M17x R4 also have problems with throttling down? I can't even go past 1.05v without the card throttling down during load. My card will throttle down almost instantly when at 1.125v, without the gpu going above 68C

Once I've gone wireless I don't want anything else, so I'm happy with my Logitech G700

If you always use the screen on really dark places and narrow angles glossy looks better, in all other situations matte looks better

I tried both IC diamond and MX-3, and even though the IC diamond was much thicker, and I didn't spread it manually, I just let the mounting pressure do it, it gave a far better result

I'm having problems with afterburner unable to maintain the overclock settings i configured, would it be possible for you to post a modified bios at 1030/1620 @ 1.075v?

My card is stable at 1000/[email protected] on Unigine Heaven, but it's throttling down when using a bitcoin miner (gui miner). Would flashing a bios with those clocks and voltage help? Could you make one please? Edit: Nevermind, I ended up flashing the 950/[email protected] and it's pretty stable, I'll just leave like that.
