Just about any current motherboard supports SATA III. SATA III SSDs fall back to slower speeds when a mobo doesn't support it.

hmm.. not sure what's going on. Checking event viewer might give you some more clues. Overall seems like a windows issue, maybe reinstalling would be easier than locating what is the problem... just sayin'.. -

i am accepting monk gear donations btw currenty lvl 40 on nightmare. Stuck with my 60 lvl wiz on act 2 inferno as well, the idea is farm farm farm farm act I till you find a decent gear peace, then try to progress a bit. It just sucks.

Yes, I've got my R3 and I am loving it! It became my work machine (I hook it up to a 24" monitor). Hell, i even play d3 on it! ---- Asylumized!

at this point in time, i really don't see a reason to go with anything other than the R3. I don't read german, but that R2 looks like it's been through hell, i wouldn't touch it... Of course everything depends on your budget which u didn't mention. BTW, i see this R2 has a sammy SSD inside, so the price would go up....
