    I currently own an Alienware 18 with a 4700MQ and dual 780m SLI. I have been able to run all my games max spec without any issues.

    I have the same as you and I have noticed a massive decrease in my CPU and GPU temperatures.

    I have an Alienware 18 and it plays all the latest releases at max specs with AA adjustments of course. If you are going to purchase make sure you get the 780m's.
