[G75VW] - modified BIOS & VBIOS for higher overclocking

Can someone help me with what settings I need to change in the bios for overclocking? I don't want to change the wrong thing and screw things up... I have a G75VW 3D with 670M -
In theory, could you not do the same to a 120hz screen and get more? Like 150hz?
