For some reason the program couldn't send the results to 3DMark.com

I had the back off and there's no wasted space. With the 2 Cpu fans and 2 Gpu fans this thing never even gets warm on my lap where the AW18 would actually put red marks on my legs even with pants on. My Cpu temp at idle is mid 30's to low 40's. It's just as heavy as the 18 but for some reason it doesn't feel it. This thing has excellent build quality and a good solid feel. And the keyboard is also great to type on with almost 0 flex.

Well, I'm loving my new Sager 9570 and this is from a guy who's been an Alienware owner for 10 years. I got a new Alienware 18 a few weeks ago and with all the Cpu issues and the SecureFlash on the Bios, I sent it back for a full refund. My beast has a 4930K, 780M SLI, dual Psus, 16Gb 1600MHz. quad channel ram, Killer Wireless N 1202. Just waiting on Premas unlocked bios to come out of beta testing.

Pretty boring Huh? These 2 were run on a stock Vbios and stock Cpu & Gpu clocks

I ran Firestrike at 1100/3000 1.1v no problem

Hi guys, has anyone heard of having issues with Samsung 840 Pro SSDs in RAID 0 in the M18x r2 especially if you have the 680M SLI? Thanks

In services.msc (type in run box) if you have disk defrag disabled, enable it so windows will let you shrink C drive. Right click on computer,click on Manage then click on diskmanagement. Right click on C drive and click on "shrink partition". I made 81920 Mb=80Gb for W8. You can go with a minimum of 20Gb Remember to go back and disable Disk Defrag in services.msc

I have all the correct files on the USB but when I type in atiflash -p 0 "nameof file".ROM I get error message saying adapter not found error 0FL01. I thought maybe my flash drive was bad so I got a new one and I'm still getting that message. I have the latest atiflash exe.Please help me out here

Hey guys just wanted to thank everyone who helped me out recovering my bad flash. I hope this isn't a dumb question but here goes.My original R4 had a 1600x900 display and I was able to overclock my Cpu to 45x4 without even a hiccup when benching with 3DMark Vantage.The replacement they sent me has a 1920x 1080 display. When I set the overclock now (45x4) sometimes I can't even get 3DVantage to open. When I am able to open it and bench with it, I noticed my fps dropped quite a bit in the graphics part of the bench.Why am I able to get much better scores with the 1600x900 resolution?By the way I lowered the resolution to 1600x900 in the desktop right click but it didn't help.

So when doing this procedure you leave the coin cell battery in right from the start?

Well now that I'm back on planet Earth I'll tell what happened. I renamed that fd file to M17R4.hdr and put it on my usb as the only file on the stick. Then I inserted the usb stick in the port and held the "end" key down as I plugged in the power plug.The machine fans started roaring and a minute or so later I started getting steady beeps.The cmos battery was out. Then I started getting 5 beeps for about 10-15 minutes.Finally I figured it didn't work so I put the cmos battery back in and pulled the power plug and usb stick out.There were no restarts and nothing came on the screen unless i missed it when I stepped out of the room for a couple minutes.So I plugged the power cord back and expected to get the 1 continuos beep but to my amazement it booted up.I went into the bios and I had svl7's A05 flash on there. The guys coming in a few days with a mobo and graphics card, what do you guys think I should do? I noticed before all this happened I wasn't getting as good performance as with my last card
