hardpartying4u Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Long story short I did a bad blind flash by pulling out the power as I thought it didn't work.Afterwards the computer started giving me 7 beeps, i have since replaced the bios chip and it is still giving me 7 beeps. You checked whether all the solder joints are fine and also the orientation of the chip?Fried CPU is highly unlikely. The only thing I can think of is that the EC firmware is messed up...
