Unzip attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Try disable laptop with press and hold the Power button. Then disconnect the power adapter, and then disconnect the battery. Press and hold the Power button about 10-15sec. Then connect the battery and power adapter, and enable laptop. -
