Hi! Each bios mod is created individually and based on your file backup of bios. For creating mod bios for you, i need your file backup of bios from your laptop. Just update your bios to the latest stock bios: https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER04811395M/1/Inspiron_5537_A10.exe Then create backup of your new bios. For creating backup of bios use attached program. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as Administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results" via PM or upload it to any fileserver and send me the link. https://www.sendspace.com/file/mxoavw

Yes of course. The modified BIOS v2.02 also contains a vbios which will allow you to overclock your 650m past the 135MHz limit.

To reset your laptop to factory setting, just go in bios setup menu and on the last page "Save and Exit" set "Default Settings", then push F10 button to save, then push "Enter" button.
