No, flashing unlock or mod BIOS can not allow you to have manual control over the fan. Fan control placed in EC firmware, and we need to modificate EC firmware. What the version of EC firmware in your laptop?

Yes, but not for all GTX 670M. Only if your vbios have version with last digit 19. But not if your vbios have version with last digit 1B. -
If your graphic card is Msi Gtx670mx 1.5Gb or 3Gb, then you need flash vbios for MSI card.

For MSI GT70 0NE you need use GTX 680M from MSI or Clevo, not from Dell. -
In your case dont buy DELL card for MSI(or MSI barebone) laptop. Just search native MSI or Clevo card.

You ask lowered voltage for GPU core. I just do it. Flash your original stock vbios, run GPU-Z monitoring window and run 3D Load. Look at your voltage. And then flash mod vbios and run GPU-Z monitoring window and run 3D Load. Look at your voltage again. -
Yes, it is safe if your use it with Clevo or Sager laptop.

Of course i am sure. You have very nice temps for your laptop configuration. And of course if you can correctly replace termo paste on CPU and GPU, you get better temps. -

Your temps for your laptop configuration is the best! And never use Furmark, if you dont like brick your graphic card. Furmark is a killer for mobile graphic cards! -

jon10110 You can make backup of your vbios with Nvflash or GPU-Z. In window of GPU-Z click on the image small chip(on the right side of window GPU-Z) and choice create vbios dump.

If you will use mod of your native vbios from MSI, then you dont need use modded drivers. And of course OpenGL still work properly. It is correct for all cards, include GTX 780M, 860M and other.
