Hi! Disable laptop with long press and hold the Power button, then enable laptop and run backup tool again. Run backup tool as Administrator (right click mouse on tool icon, choice "Run as Administrator").

If you want to go back to stock v2.07 you can do that easily by simply using the Y510p-Y410p_v207_[stock].exe from the first page of this thread.

I can unlock this setting in bios setup menu, but you should enable/disable it in bios setup menu.
