Hi! Unfortunately I don't know how to solve your problem. In your laptop model no any whitelists. Using voltage adjustment in bios, it's not a good idea. Just use Intel XTU utility or Throttle Stop utility.

If you sure your original stock bios dump is correct, but laptop can't start with it, I think may be SOIC8 clip could hurt some lines, pins os small elements around the bios chip.
