Good idea, but not the case here. I've worked with PIC and SOIC programmers for many years on much smaller (tighter tolerances) equipment. A new (used with warranty) motherboard for this aging machine is less than $30. Just ordered one.

Thanks for the feedback. I've already done that. I've erased the chip, confirmed it is blank, flash my original dump, then read it back and the files match. Still no boot.

My newly flashed T450 does not boot, and shows no signs of life other than three flashes of the power LED when an AC adapter is attached. The flashed bios was verified to match. I've removed all power, RAM, and disconnected the CMOS battery, but even after sitting for hours, there is no change. I reloaded my factory bios, but same symptoms continue. Can anyone help?
