@Brian, a big difference in the temp comparison is a 16" and an 18" chassis. MSI's 17" run cooler with all the same specs just because of the ability for more airflow. @Luthecis, for comparison I have a 570 in a GT680 running at 715/1800, run similar IQ settings, and top out around 79. Once my wife complains I run the turbo fan and can get it to about 75. So do a repaste and you should be good

Man, that sucks.. hope you have luck with replacing the bios chip. I know the DC jack is a pain in the butt. Patience and the right tools and anything can be done tho

Hi all, Just read thru all the posted.. Crazy stuff. I guess I didn't get that deep into NBR. I would like to thank Xonar for leading me here (he doesn't even know it).. But glad I found where he went too. Look forward to one day flashing my GT680R with his work. Happy tweaking
