What I will suggest you to do is open a hardcore game like Witcher, GTA5, and use RivaTuner Statistics Server to monitor the frequency of CPU and GPU, if there isn't any frequency drop in a long time, then you don't have to worry about the watt limit. Also, if you do see a frequency drop, make sure you check the temperature out! It might because it's the problem of the temperature.

You can OC your CPU by fresh the unlocked BIOS, however, the max frequency still depends on your CPU, sometimes you can only OC for 0.2MHZ even you have already unlocked the BIOS, the link is here.
