I've got serious problems with the SLI connectivity on the A08 Bios (Dual GTX 680M). Is that fixed in the A09 Version? anyone tested it yet?

deadbydawn, did you recieved your m18x-r2? If yes can you comfirm the the fps throttle at ~60 degrees?

Hi, I've a problem with my Alienware M18xR2 GTX 680M SLI. Example: I start Borderlands 2 with MAX Graphics Settings in Fullscreen Mode on 1920x1080. V-Synch is OFF (Turned off in the Nvidia Control Panel->Global 3D Settings) The FPS are from 120 to 180FPS When the GPU's going over >60°C the FPS dropping immediately down to locked 60FPS. That happens everytime and in every Game. Sorry for misunderstanding! Yes i tried to set it back to defaults too but this doesn't helped. i try that now with the coin cell battery. What i can say svl7 you give way better support than dell itself EDIT: I've solved it! I used it this guide http://forum.techinferno.com/alienware-m18x/1981-how-recover-bad-flash-alienware-m18x-r2.html and flashed back from A08 to A03 and now SLI is there again so this is an bios issue

yes i tried that but i recieved an error 25 when flashing over USB Stick (DOS) / Error 0x25 (Windows) from A08 back to A03

hi svl7, thx for you help. i contacted dell and they told me that they need to change the mainboard, sli cable and both gtx 680m :/

i use a logitech g700. logitech now has some better drivers and the mouse itself feels very good in the hand.

for a remake the graphics are really bad :/ some polygons added to the characters + bonus level and yeah.. that's BFG Edition
