Hmm, when I open CrystalDiskInfo it says host writes 400.56GB, power on count 286, power on hours 34... seems a bit weird, or am I looking at the wrong values? I'm using this drive since the beginning of April... However, 22tb seems to be huge anyway... are these numbers reliable?

I've seen it... was pretty cool imo. "What is this drink? I like it! ANOTHER!!!!" Hahahahahah!!! Epic!! I had to watch it in 3d since there wasn't any 2d show... So far I don't really like the 3d, it's unnecessary... the only movies which are really great in 3D are Avatar and all the animated (UP, Despicable me etc...). The stupid thing over here is that the movies are always shown with subtitles when you watch them in English (which I always do) and in 3d the subtitle is even more annoying since it kinda pops out of the screen.

Oh yeah, I should install MW2 again... loved the MP tbh, way better than BO MP... but I guess my ping would really suck, lol. @Brian: Tech|Inferno Steam ID? Can't find you...

When I delete all the files in the Prefetch folder it is empty directly after the the reboot, but Windows creates new files after some short moments. I thought I disabled Prefetch.... hmm, can't remember properly, will have to take a further look at this. Edit: I just checked and I have actually the keys you mentioned disabled... so this will indeed need more to completely turn it off it seems.

@Micheal: That's what I thought... no 3d clocks without PP. Good to hear 11.5 solves the issue, in this case it's not a vbios issue. If I remember correctly I had actually the Dell driver installed when I experienced this issue with my card...

I can understand this... Do you still get 3d clocks when gaming after disabling PowerPlay?

I'm looking forward to seeing your efforts... sounds like a nice project, though pretty time consuming. The making a heatsink is possible if you have access to a CNC mill, though it will involve quite some work getting a nice CAD model. About the heatpipes... best will be to use the ones of the regular heatsink (but there are only two if I remember correctl, right?) Bending heatpipes is an almost impossible task, they're pretty fragile... if you have any knowledge about bending heatpipes or similar customization let me know, I'd really like to hear about it.

That's exactly what I experienced when I flashed the Dell vbios on my card... after flashing back the original vbios of my card everything is back to normal. My card is a little different from yours of course, but it could be an issue with the vbios. I can give you my vbios if you want. Let's hear what other M17x r3 users experience...

Interesting news... But it may take a while until these options are available since the 560m isn't even released yet (afaik). That's how it works in the world of tech... there's always something newer, better, faster and more expensive (hahaha). The 6970m CF will do a great job, I think it will offer the best price/performance ration even with these new options available, but we will see.
