  1. Almost 5GHz... Remove SSC spread and you're set, though that might kill stability.
  2. That means you lack reading skills. Hint: prr

  4. What happens if you try to boot without the 780m installed?
  5. Did you flash before installing the 780m? Also, have you already been on A12 before flashing A12 unlocked?
  6. But one of them might touch an inductor, resulting in a not optimal die contact of the heatsink.
  7. Well, that might not be available if you run on the dGPUs, no idea. Try going to the bios with only the Intel HD enabled. If you flashed the bios in the way I described then you're all done.
  8. Make sure your heatsink fits properly, check out the pics in the first post, you might need to work a bit on one heatpipe for optimal contact with the die.
  9. The Sager already seems to have another issue since the card doesn't even boost in the first place. 780m vbios won't work because of the memory. If you can't run 120Hz then it's purely a bios limitation and figuring that out without having a machine would require you to flash some rather experimental stuff. Doesn't that machine officially support the 880m? Clevo is really disappointing. We don't know yet for sure, so far we haven't seen many 880m out there... it'll come. That's possible.
  10. Did you try to uninstall the driver and install the latest one?

    IC Diamond vs AS5

Duuuuuude... AS5 is completely non-conductive as well. It really annoys me when people keep telling this internet legend. It might be slightly capacitive, but that's a whole different story. Besides, AS5 is old, there are better pastes. ICD is a mess imo, great performance but it will scratch surfaces, you need to be pretty careful when wiping it off.
  12. I'm sorry for the delay, I've been pretty busy. I should be able to upload the stuff later today or tomorrow. Feel free to bump again tomorrow in case I forget.
  13. Yes it is, but if you changed to UEFI before flashing then chances are that the vbios that was on your card does not support UEFI.
  14. A06 made no changes at all to the fans. You may have an issue with your system. Did you go to the bios and load the default settings after flashing? All A06 did was changing two bytes in the EC and updated the BIOS version number, I checked. No hidden changes.
  15. Bin is a very vague term... depends on many things how to go on about this. Another thing I need to know, are you sure the chipset on your board is a final stepping and not pre-production? Cause if it was pre-production flashing a final OEM BIOS might render your system useless.
  16. Clocks are all left stock since each card may have a different overclocking potential. Boost is removed. You can easily create a clock shortcut with nvidia inspector and make it start automatically when you boot the system.
  17. Cool, I will have to rework this for you since the firmware layout looks different in the production version BIOS.
  18. Wait a second... I just noticed something, must have been to late last night, I totally overlooked something about your system. I think you will be able to flash after all, but I need to take a closer look at things to make sure we don't mess this up. Please run fpt again, this time with -d m15x.bin and then upload the file here.
  19. Here's the newer version. Clevo 7970m - P370EM.rom.zip
