Well, For me, definitely matte screen is better. The reflection of glossy screen is annoying, not only under the sun, but also in low light conditions, I see the reflection of the keyboard backlit.

It's very easy if they didn't forget to put the caddy in your machine. Just to notice that don't put the mechanical harddisk in the slot under graphic card, which may cause harddisk overheat. -
Use AIDA64 See Display>>Monitor>>Monitor Name Search the name on internet or some panel information site may help.
