  1. At confirm that is your controller slower. End.
  2. The maximum speed of a device is only theoretical. For example in a test, based on the length of the write lock, you have a different speed. I repeat that if the door is sata 3, and the device is sata 3, you will have the highest speed available on your configuration. And I repeat that benchmarks are just numbers, are not entirely truthful. raid 0 or 1 you can do with the two HDD (same space, same speed same cache, identical.) not with a single SSD and a HDD. I do not understand what you see strange if you know how the raid works. If a ssd supports speeds up as 500mb/s, you can achieve it only if you put two of their in raid.
  3. The fan is controlled by your motherboard. You can't control it by software, unless you change the bios.
  4. For me in you screen it's all ok. Your graphic card looks good the model, it is LE not a normal 640m this gpu as you can see on the web, is different from a normale 640m. Your have a slower clock of 500mhz as your screenshot. As the result it's good for a lower power consumption, less for gaming. You can find all the information about your gpu on the official site, or typing your model. IMHO
  5. MSI GE60 i7 4710MQ RAM 16GB 1866mhz 1TB 7200 256GB RAID0 GTX 765m OC Killer Lan
  6. To get a RAID 0 you must have 2 identical devices. And it must be on the channel of raid 0. Like msi have 2 msata slot, and you can connect two same ssd and enable from bios it. For example RAID 0 is like a dual channel ram. However if you have one port sata 3 and your device is sata 3, automatically it will function with sata 3 speed. Check your port, and what your motherboard support. IMHO
  7. I think is the saver energy option, proper of Windows SO. You can try to go in control panel, hardware management, find your card in network card, open the properties , and there will be clear in the option save energy, you must deselect option. IMHO
  8. Hey, a smarter solution is to try an OC of your GPU, that's GT750M ddr5 memory but you can get less more fps, about 5-6 . But if you already have overheat problem, i think you can't do anymore else. However at your own risk you can try to search on this forum the appropriate settings for your gpu. Or if you would to spend or you already have a desktop gpu, you can take a look in the section DIY e Gpu. Moreover the paste does not work miracles, but there are better ones. IMHO
  9. Maybe you must add or modify your step performance in the vbios. For example one step first the P0 (max performance) at the max voltage and +mhz , you can raise also the voltage and frequencies of the preceding step, so you don't have the jump and, the freeze. IMHO
