  2. Yes, I've mod it already.... Notice even without overclock also fluctuating...very hard to know if can reach its potential...I OC like clock +60-80 and Mem +200-400 only...
  3. My mainboard is P15SM-A + 4930MX.
  4. I have problem with unstble clock badly with Prema mod vbios for 980M. Also carddraw the power up and down drastically compare to stock bios. Once I OC even just a slightly one, benchmark FPS swing up and down badly and end up with low score eventually. Any body experience like mine? I am using 330W Dell mod..
  5. Alright it is work.. During benchmark my laptop drawed the power upto 220W with no issue.. Thanks for help..
  6. I measured positive against blue wire and got 13VDC, is this normal? Just afriad of short circuit..lol thanks alot for reply..
  7. Just to be safe. Can I jump ID wire (blue) to ground wire (black) inside the power supply unit? Or I have to break ferrite choke and do over there?

  9. I just come to see this post. I have 330W dell and want to connect to my Clevo and I hear that I will get only 240 out of it if I do not modify it. How to I modify it? please enlighten me..
  10. After updated to this VBios, my clock up and down badly during gaming and power draw from the wall behaved same rhing.. Any tip? Mine 980M+i74930 MX

  12. I have unstable issue with GTX980M with or without OC when IPlay game like Ghost Recon Phantom. Core clock is up and down drastically and caused laging issue. I'm on 344.xx driver with mid vbios V1 prema, my internet 200mbps.. Pls advised. By the way this symptoms also happen to original vbios with 347.xx as well.

  14. All right, flash completed and GPU-Z showed new version of bios. However, still cannot OC it. Currently I am on 347.52..please advise..

  16. Same thing happened when I try to flash mod bios in bootable dos "No Nvidia adapter found". However, I checked my system detected the card correctly showed NV Gforce 980M.. Please advise..

  18. Please help, when I try to backup my GTX980M bios before flashing new mod vbios in dos mode from bootable USB drive, it said "no Nvidia adapter found". I was also tried to list out adapter using "nvflash --list command but turn out the same... What shall I do....Currently I own P15SM-A/SM1-A
  19. As long as your voltage, clock and memory is unlock no throttling, it is fine...congrats. Share some OC, benchmark results...Mine one end up with have to buy a new 330W power supply due to 180W wasn't enough.
  20. Make sure you flash in DOS mode and also use only "nvflash -6 *.rom". I did on my 880M and succeed without any problem.

  22. Hi, may anyone tell me that Dell 330W with 19.5V can be use with my Clevo machine? I notice that jack's diameter of Dell is bigger than mine one and My Clevo original adaptor come with 19V inly. Is it alright to use? Thanks in advance.. I plan to buy adaptor for the head itself ti solve difference head issue.
  23. Is it because of dilifference jack diameter only or also other things difference? I noticed that Dell has 19.5V output while Clevo has 19.0 V. Will this alright to use?
  24. I just bough a Dell 330W adapter. However, the jack is bigger than my Clevo. How did you guys use it? Any adapter to convert from big head to small one?
  25. 330W didn't work? This make me wonder whether worth to grab a new power supply or not. Which bios you are using? Mod bios or stock one? Did you OC vga? If yes, how much you OC it? Your vga temp?
