With them putting "in stock ready to ship" makes it look like they have solved the issue, I was considering ordering one even though the customs tax for importing to the uk would have been expensive, guess I'll just have to be a little more patient

Thanks for the unlocked bios went from a12 to unlocked a11 without any problems (first time doing this). So many new features in the bios but nothing I would mess with until I get a bit more knowledge on what they all do.

BIG thanks to svl7 for the 680m vbios and Stamatis X for the bootable usb guide, This is the first time I've tried anything like flashing vbios and I must say it is quite easy with the right guide, but I was still as nervous as when I update the bios on my m17x r4, just ran a 3Dmark11 benchmark and got a P6345 with 758/1800 so all looks good:triumphant:

Hello all, I'm tony from the UK and I've been following techinferno for quite some time and it's the main reason I bought my m17x r4 as there are so many helpful people on these forums with guides on so many things which gave me the courage to upgrade my cpu and gpu and i'm looking to upgrade to the 880m from the 680m in the not to distant future.
