So I emailed XoticPC and asked what they could do for me when it came to getting a new cable. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. I got a email back from them saying that I have to RMA it back to sager for them to replace it. I told him that it was only a cable and I could do it myself, and they told me that sager said that they have to work on it directly. I told XPC that ill figure it out myself. After about 30 mins of thinking about it. I contacted SAGER's Tech Support and told them about the cable, they asked for a image of the cable and what was said on the wire. I told them and got a email back from them 5 mins later asking what my mailing address was. Told it to them and DAVID, the guy at sager told me that it will be in the mail tomarrow. I asked him what the cost was and he told me, free of charge. I told him thank you and that was it. Needless to say, Sager is better to deal with then the reseller I got the notebook from in the beginning. Glad I chose SAGER as my notebook company of choice. If I have any issues i will take it directly to sager and cut out he middle man.

i did it, the compound they put on my laptop was all dried up. the cpu and both gpus have Arctic silver on it

i didnt say i didnt like it, just hurts my eyes after about half a hour of playing. its nice to have the option to play 3d but i dont use it often. im a bigger fan of the sli and 120hz in this laptop.

ahh i see! one thing i would like to see in the bios is TPM setting, i know this computer has a trusted platform mod but i cant access it

Ok after biting the bullet I did what I had to do to fix it, so now its fixed and yes you have to completly dismantle the entire bottom half of the laptop. so im up a fingerprint reader and down a 3D Emitter Cable. >.< I was trying to pull the cable out of its slot and the cable was barely attached to its port and pulled the cables out of the plug. So now I dont have 3D, which isnt that bad because the 3D glasses hurt my eyes and I never use them. DOH! took me 3 hours to dismantle and reassemble. NO EXTRA SCREWS!!! YAY!

@Prema I would gladdly test anything for you if you can teach me the proper ways to reset a bios with the chip programmer. I have an A+ certification and the military drilled soldering into me though a 2 week long class in AIT, so I can solder. If you can walk me though a chip programer and such I can run any tests you would need. I just need to know what I need to do if I brick a card. I have two video cards in this notebook so I can take one out, and flash the other. and the motherboard bios, never flashed one before but im sure it cant be much different then flashing the vbios.

Does anyone know what I have to do to take off the palm rest on a SAGER NP9380-S (Clevo P370SM3) I need to readjust my fingerprint reader, its cocked to the side and I have to push down really hard to get my fingerprint to read, its really cosmetic but it bothers me. Here is a image of what I need to remove. I can completely take apart this notebook but I dont want to have to reassemble it if I dont have to. If anyone knows where I have to remove the screws to do this or the locations where there could be pop tabs to take off the cover. I dont want to destroy my notebook to try and figure out what to do to take off this palm rest. Thanks to anyone who is able to help me.

I had to underclock svl7's vbios to get it to run properly.

i just ran and tested 11 games and all are running this vbios like a champ. no flickering or scanlines. even did the 3d and ran smoothly. woot woot!

it loads, and i can change the effects, when i select any one of the effects they dont work. still non lit keys, i tryed to turn on the light though the keyboard after it turns it off, still dont work.

yup, installed i think 7.26 or something like that, the newest one. and then after i shutdown and booted back up the app worked, hotkey that is. i could change the color and brightness, but as soon as i install the backlight program from here, my keyboard light turns off and i cant adjust it, even after shutdown and reboot. nothing.

what you looking for? program runs, but as soon as it does it turns my keyboard black and nothing will work. after that if i uninstall it my hotkey program for the keyboard wont activate.

not at all, i used to smoke solo all the time with my volcano, you can make your bag what ever size you like, you can have a 1 foot bag or a 10 foot bag. ive done both. usually i would smoke a 2 1/2 foot bag to my head, and only vape one bag at a time. nothing is ever wasted in a vape. you can make up a bag and take up to 15 mins to smoke it before it goes bad. usually a 1 foot bag will be about 2-3 staving hits, and a 3 footer would be about 6-7 full lung hits. after you vape some nugs once, you grind it up again and vape it again, then grind it again and max out the temp and vape it once more, then take that vaped weed and put it in a jar for later. when you have enough vaped material, usually a oz or so, you cna make cannabutter with it and cook it up and make some brownies or cookies. so you get about 4 uses out of one nug, then when its all said and done and your vape bag is all sticky and done. you take that bag and turn around and cook with it because its a heat resistant bag. so you can make a roast in it in the oven. so you get 5 uses overall. best use of herb ever. this is what i used. w/ the solid valve. that way you can have what ever size bag as you want and all you have to do is buy the 10foot roll for replacement bags. which is relatively cheap. VOLCANO CLASSIC, the famous vaporizer by Storz & Bickel and here is where i bought mine from and where i will buy my new one. Volcano Vaporizer by Storz & Bickel probally get the digital this time, wife wants to give it a try. but solid value with the soft bag. with the classic of this with the solid and the soft bag its 539$ well worth it because if you buy this unit in store, its 550$ w/o a soft bag carrying case. as for the vaping with a bong, done that and for your statement that bag vaping takes away from flavor, i can tell you first hand that with the volcano going against a whip vape with the same amount of weed and the same strain from the same bag, the volcano wins in flavor and stoneyness. myself and the 4 friends i was smoking with said the same. heres a clip of me filling the volcano. so yeah, if i died and was told i could only use one way to smoke for the rest of eternity, the volcano would be the smoking device i would choose. my strain of choice too would be a white strain. what strain is undecided, white widow, white rhino, white berry. cant choose. as for stationary, i used to use my volcano in my car all the time. pull out my dc to ac converter and plug in my vape, lt it warm up fill a bag, put the vape away (with a special attachment for the lid where the warm top of the vape wouldnt touch the foam and melt it. then smoke the vape bag to head. and put it back in the trunk. had to do this when i was living in the dorms for college.
