  1. I was wondering , i googled a few times but none of good result that aswers my question . Is the MSI GT70 ONE ( i have to version with a GTX680M 4GB ) Upgradeable to lets say a GTX780M ?
  2. The 580m / 675m ( aka the same cards ) Have a TDP from 100watt each . Deppens on what line out of the first gen you have is it a i7 or i5 ? normaly people with a older spec laptop put an extreme cpu in it like a 920xm or higher up . So i can go along with some new graphics card, i dont know if 150 watts is enough for a first gen cpu ( since they take more power ) with a new gpu that consumes a fat 100watt. Which gpu do you have currently in it ?
  3. i use Nvidia inspactor , in combination with the 1.025V bios and im running : 980core and 2250 memory . Getting seriously solid preformence battlefield everything on ultra except a.a = 65 to 90 fps . Temps are around 80's i have a msi GT70 so with tubro button for the fan i keep it under the 80.
  4. Thank for giving me download permission ! So i flashed the 1025V version and it works superB ! now @ 980 core and 2250 memory clock ! If some still knows on my other question that i asked in this topic i would like to know !
  5. The 1300 watt is way to much , if you're gonna stacking stortte so allot of harddrives then 1k psu would do fine i still would be goiing for a gtx 780 and give that a fat OC , i owned SLI gtx 760 a month ago and the schaling was so so poor . Trust me just pick they gtx 780 or 770 if that one will film you're Needs . Other then that is the system fine you could go now with Ivy-E instead of sandy-e but the performance gain isnt big so check how the price is between those two and pick one.
  6. Like mentioned above 1k psu is a little bit overkill you would be fine with a 750/850 psu . From a good quality. do you need 32GB of ram ? Or Els 16?wil be far more then enough . Other the that it is a help of a system !
  7. Well let me fill in . I own this headset for a week now . And i have to say they indeed look very nice. But once again they cost ( well i piad here at the local store 180 euro , so they better look nice ) But the ergonomics on this headset are superb ! i havent had a headset that did a better job then these on . I can have this headset on for like 5 hours and still have no pain or pressure on my head . About the sound its oke , but there are better headsets that do 7.1 surround audio beter then this one . This headset has a remote between the usb plug and the headset it self where you can adjust the volume of each speaker in the headset it self . So thats a nice plus bonus , besides that if you have speakers on you're desk you can plug them in and on the control panel from the headset self is a button where you can switch between you're speakers and the headset it self. So all with all this headset has allot of nice goodies which are normally are not that use full , but this one has a few nice onces. Alltough this headset is so so exspensive if you're giving allot about ergonomics then there is no way to look further . If you give more about sound quallity( the quailty is overall very decent but for the price there is better) , wireless . Then you might consider a different brand .
  8. I had a Logitech G930 , Great headset ! only the con is that its a little bit on the exspensive side. Other then that it will fufill are you're needs ! Like mentioned or the Corsair Vengeance 2000. But like Noobzr said its cheap plastic you will find this almost on every headset these days.
  9. Thank Brain for the quick Reply , Like i mentioned above everything is straight out of the box so the card is from MSI it self . Ill try that first version like you said , if im still not satisfied ill try the OV version . Like you said you''re self will 180watt be enough for a fat OC on the GPU ? Since him here anyway , i have a other question i can get a intel core i7 3920XM for a decent price . If i would use that one on stock ( since its still faster then the 3630QM ) and run the GPU on OC would 180 watt be enough ? If not where can you buy larger psu's and does everything work out of the box with psu for laptops ? Regards , Ps ; with memory on 1100 mhz ? its then effective @ 4400mhz right ? Or do you main 2200 effective Jean Paul
  10. What cpu do you have ? it could be that youre cpu is getting to hot and starting to thorrtel . if you have a intel cpu you could disable in bios speed step .im a little familiar with this problem i had it with my gtx680 when you hit ALT + ENTER ( so window mode ) normaly the gpu usage shoots up agian . Try that .
  11. Hello , Well first let me say im new here ! Im here because i would like to get some more horse power out of my 4GB GTX680M Now i have it on 905 mhz core clock and 2250 memory clock . But like more here i guess i people how get 980 mhz or more on the coreclock and is stable for 24.7 .. Now i read for a week the whole formum through and i have to be honest i dont know what Vbios i need to pick now . I know how to flash a Nvidia Vbios and how to back it up ect. My card specs are : Bios version : 80.04.33.00.24 ( P2051-b002) Device ID : 10DE-11A0 subvendor : MSI (1462) im running currently 327 drivers ( the latest ) and there fine no problems at all , i just want to get some more juice out of my card ! ( im running the machine @ 180watt psu . ) If some one would be so kind to tell me which Vbios i need to download ? Thank ! greetings , Jean Paul
