I have a question that some people tested that the 650m can be overclocked under the Ver.310.90 grahpic card without any limitation. But it can't work under the 314.XX series driver which limited to 135Mhz. So how the Bios control the overclock limitation?

The GPU drops to 135Mhz on battery. And nothing works even I tried to overclock the thing.

Try download the driver directly from the Nvidia website. It works well after 314 series, especially the 314.22 Version.

It could work but only to 924Mhz. I tried it. Seems something wrong with the bios and needs to be unlocked.

Seems I don't have this problem with my msata. The cooler system shall be better than the former ones. Maybe you should re-check your driver.
