mediadi
The lenovo y series already has the one button reset i suggest that you go to the lenovo website at the download driver section and reinstall it
revolutionz
The lenovo y series already has the one button reset i suggest that you go to the lenovo website at the download driver section and reinstall itThis will not work if you formatted the HDD and got rid of the recovery partition that was hidden on the hard drive. You may be able to contact Lenovo and order the physical media, but there might be a fee associated with that.

Assimilation
I've been fighting with Lenovo trying to get the recovery disk for my y400 as well, they expect me to PAY for them..Sounds about right. I've not had a great experience with Lenovo's customer service when I had a dead power supply after I bought my y510p. Took over an hour for me to get transferred to the proper dept that could help me resolve the issue.
