Having trouble whitelisting COD MW2

Recommended Posts

Just change your nvidia global settings to NVIDIA GRAPHICS instead of Intel. Should work! The nvidia drivers cause issues sometimes with games and dont want to add them to the whitelist. When this happens, just change your global settings and then change them back when done.

Someone else asked a similar question at NBR. I stealthily answered them and a driver reload (and registry clean) solved the issue.

Thanks!

@MW- absolutely, you are referring to whitelisting or are you talking about when you right click on an icon and it says "run with nvidia graphics processor). Sometimes these don't work and that is why you have to change your global settings in the nvidia graphic properties. That forces it to load with nvidia.

Best Wishes,

It's very likely the Whitelisting that I was thinking of... it's the one that NVidia loads that overrides Global Settings when a particular exe is loaded. It's part of the drivers... and it's like RadeonPro for Nvidia.
