Hey guys, I completely forgot how to use ThrottleStop. What settings do I need to maximize my 2630QM's overclocking performance?

Tried that. HP is sooo limited. You can't do anything. The only things you can do is literally change the boot options / time / and diagnostics ... nothing else. -
dv6z-6100 Fresh Windows 7 Install Problems.
ragingazn628 replied to ragingazn628's topic in HP Consumer Notebooks
it is at default settings. I never changed anything in there. HDD isn't detected in the bios either (please note it boots into windows fine and restores to factory settings fine) This is the default HDD that came with HP -
Hey guys, I just received my dv6z-6100 (LK237AV) today and I wanted to do a fresh install of windows 7 but it cannot find the HDD to install windows 7 on. It asks for drivers and cannot detect any HDD to install windows 7 on. What's the problem? P.S I tried the same HDD on another desktop and HP laptop and use the same win7 disk and it can detect it just fine... would "HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection" have anything to do with it? Let's say someone stole the laptop and tries to install fresh win7 onto it so this is how it prevents them? O.o or is it just for free fall protection etc.?

Thinking about selling my M14X for Sager NP5165
ragingazn628 replied to ragingazn628's topic in Alienware M14x / AW 14
Thanks for all the replies guys, sorry for the bump for such an old thread but I have this bookmarked So I got a buyer for my m14x for 1300 USD I need help to pick a final decision on which gaming laptop to get. The lower the price the better! I'm still currently looking at my original post. 939 hmm -
Do you thing M14X will be able to handle it? I know it will. Blizzard likes to make games that are computer specs friendly. So it will run great. I hope that I will get into the beta soon to tell you guys about it and post more videos. I did make 35 bnet account and opt in for beta. P.S sorry for inactivity. I'm back

15.6" screen I'm more for the money tho. If I can get at least 1500 I will sell asap And the subwoofer is really meh ;/ -
As Configured: $ 939.00 3% "No Fees" Cash Discount: -$ 28.17 3% Cash Discounted Price: $ 910.83 I bought my M14X for 850 + tax - I can sell this baby easily for 1200 and buy sager for 910. This way I gain some profit and a 1080p screen. The only thing I lose is the backlit alienfx light ;/ - should I do it? It's pretty much same specs except smaller HDD but I will replace that with my SSD anyways. Gains: 1080p Screen 2GB GT 555M (from 1.5GB M14X) 3 Year Labor 1 Year Parts, Lifetime Sager Toll Free Tech Support (seems nice 3 years) fingerprint reader
