Overclocking an LCD on a laptop with Enduro?

Recommended Posts

I've been recently trying to overclock my 60Hz panel to 70Hz, like I was able to do on my previous laptop using this utility. However, I can't seem to get any results using it with my P150EM with 7970M and 1080p 95% Gamut panel. Does anyone know the best way to overclock a panel like this? Is it possible that graphics switching via Enduro (with no option to disable) is preventing LCD overclocking?

I've been trying but I can't get anything to work. The problem is the intel driver since the IGP directly runs the LCD. Intel drivers strictly follow the EDID, so the only way I know of to raise the refresh rate is to flash the EDID. I have not figured out how to do this on the B156HW01 V4 (our screen).
