In the title you mention that your machine overheats, can you give any temps? CPU or GPU? use HWinfo or similar applications4.) Have you tried to clean the copper fins on the back? devilhunter Posted April 13, 2013 Share Posted April 13, 2013 Perhaps try cleaning the vents if it's overheating but honestly we need more info.you have to replace the old pate if it shuts down while playing/watching high def videos, it is probably fried by now, Id recommend getting either Artic silver 5 or IC diamond 7, make sure to place the paste probably. best wishes.
