T450 - No Boot After Flashing - Reload of original image verifies but does not boot

My newly flashed T450 does not boot, and shows no signs of life other than three flashes of the power LED when an AC adapter is attached.

The flashed bios was verified to match. I've removed all power, RAM, and disconnected the CMOS battery, but even after sitting for hours, there is no change.

I reloaded my factory bios, but same symptoms continue.

Can anyone help?

Here's my original BIOS dump: https://www.sendspace.com/file/edkjql

Thanks for the feedback. I've already done that.

I've erased the chip, confirmed it is blank, flash my original dump, then read it back and the files match. Still no boot.

In this case this mean your original stock bios dump is not correct.

Read it twice and confirmed both copies matched. I was also able to open it and modified the GUIDs.

If you sure your original stock bios dump is correct, but laptop can't start with it, I think may be SOIC8 clip could hurt some lines, pins os small elements around the bios chip.

Good idea, but not the case here. I've worked with PIC and SOIC programmers for many years on much smaller (tighter tolerances) equipment.

A new (used with warranty) motherboard for this aging machine is less than $30. Just ordered one.
