  1. No, i mean file vbios (not screenshot). You can prepare it with Nvflash utility. Use command: nvflash -b backup.rom
  2. In this case i haven't more ideas.
  3. Try download and use last new Nvflash version.
  4. No, i mean save vbios to file (no on Display). You can try to use command: nvflash -i 0 -b backup.rom
  5. Strange. In this case you can try to read vbios from your card with Nvflash utility.
  6. No, i mean your file vbios from your card. You can prepare it with GPU-Z utility. Just click in GPU-Z window on small icon with arrow, select "Save to file".
  7. Hi! Your problem is that Nvflash incorrectly determines the type of BIOS chip. In your screenshot we can see Winbond W25X10A (1M-bit / 128K-byte (131,072)), but it can't be try, because in your card now we can see vbios version 84.04.88.00.C1, this vbios size 187К-byte. Therefore Nvflash tell you that "Rom image too large or EEPROM size". Post here actual vbios from your card.
  8. Hi! Ok. Send me your original stock vbios from your card, or upload it to any fileserver and send me the link.
  9. Hi! X240 has only one 16MB chip, it is 25Q128FVSSIQ. SPI programmer can recognizes it as 25Q128BV though. That's because both chips share the same hardware id. And FV and Q appears to be the newer version with quad speed bit turned on. Just select 25Q128FV or 25Q128BV, and read bios chip a multiple times with save dump each times. Then just compare it in HxD, all dumps must be exactly the same.
  10. Hi! Send me your file bios backup. For creating backup of bios use attached program. Extract attached archive directly on the Desktop and run the program as administrator (right click mouse). Program will create archive "results" directly on the Desktop. Send me this archive "results", or upload it to any fileserver and send me the link. https://www.sendspace.com/file/mxoavw or http://www120.zippyshare.com/v/NC9WuxRI/file.html
