Not possible at all. Can't separate it physically. No bus set up for that.

Do as above said. It's really easy. Just follow the guide to take apart your laptop and get to the coolers. Wipe off what's on there and put on Artic Silver or something like it. Not worth the hassle imo unless you are overclocking or something.

3D isn't my thing. I think it's a fad, but it shows the processing power we are getting into. Our future is unbelievable.
