Yes it counts but to a lesser extent. True 4k isn't necessary though (even if you are having CPU bottleneck) as DLSS 2.0 provides very nice quality (sometimes better than true 4k)

CoD Warzone is heavy, my friend has similar GPU to yours and he can play all online games (CS:GO, League of Legends, Fortnite, Valorant, Overwatch, Rocket League, Path of Exile, Apex Legends, etc)
