It might be that the .RAR file you're having issues with is corrupted. If you can open others fine it's not the program. Just to be safe you could completely uninstall Winrar with Revo uninstaller and then reinstalling it. Might work.

I finished watching Dunkirk recently, as that was a movie I've been waiting to see on Blu ray. It was decent, not amazing like the reviews would have you believe, the score from Hans Zimmer was beyond obnoxious at times, still pretty good overall.
