Does your laptop have a wireless card whitelist? wonder if that would stop this form working. I know my lenovo has one.

If your only gaming the i5 is plenty fast and will get more FPS per dollar if you spend the money on a GPU instead.

still rocking a 6700k I still dont see a need to upgrade. Im waiting for the 8 core main stream intel chips to upgrade. -
yeah like other people have said 7700k is good enough for gaming only go with the 7800x if you need more CPU power for non gaming things.
