I do not think A DMC slot is default with the new M18 alienware. mine did not come with one as well. I was very disappointed.

I am disappointed so far with my 880m sli. At stock bios I usually get temps about 82 degrees. isn't that a little tooo hot?

I second that. Can you please confirm? I upgraded the part also but still doesn't work.........

My brand new M18R2 also came with A07 installed, it also has the windows 8 quick boot option. Does anyone have wireless HD installed in their R2's? I'm keeping my fingers crossed this modded bios will fix the incompatibility
