I got the same problem. The eGPU has been recognized from my pc but two days ago my pc (asus x53sc) doesn't recognize it anymore. I think that is your same problem but i doesn't buy the eGPU Setup 1.3 This problem has happened to me two times. The first time I resolved this problem by replacing the wifi card in the mPCIe slot but now this trick for me doesn't work anymore. You should try.

Hy there! I have an interesting question that can help more people. If i extend the root bridge into 36 bit space that can allow me to use concurrently the eGPU and dGPU? That is important because due to some BIOS it's impossibile to disable the dGPU. If the dGPU isn't disable win 10 crash after the logo. Is that possibile?

The HP laptops have a whitelist for the wifi card. You should disable the whitelist.

Hy. Introduction: I really like the idea of the eGPU so I decided to bought one. My laptop: Asus x53sc CPU: i5-2430M RAM: 4GB iGPU: HD 3000 dGPU: Nvidia GT 520MX OS: Windows 10/64bit My eGPU setup: EXP GDC v8 eGPU: Nvidia GT9600 (for test if it works i'll buy the Nvidia GTX 950) Power: 550W My story: I bougth the EXP GDC v8. I connected all the cable correctly. Windows 10 started with no problem. I saw the eGPU in the Device manager. I downloaded the driver and installed it with out problem. But at the reboot the internal monitor was black and the eGPU doesn't have any output video. Now What i try to do: I try to disable the dGPU form the device manager. I try to reinstall the GT 9600 driver. I try to follow: https://www.techinferno.com/index.php?/forums/topic/8947-mpcieec-egpu-troubleshooting-steps/ I uninstalled clearly the Nvidia GPU driver and I cleaned the registry with DDU but the problem persist. (black screen) Possible solution: What is the problem? Where i do wrong? Do you think that i need the Setup 1.30 SW? The problem could be Win 10? Should i return to Win 7?
